Обґрунтовано психолого-педагогічні аспекти готовності педагогічних працівників до здійснення інноваційної освітньої діяльності в умовах реалізації проекту Державного стандарту початкової загальної освіти. Представлено результати здійсненого діагностичного дослідження на основі розробленої анкети. Визначено напрями психолого-педагогічного супроводження інноваційної освітньої діяльності педагогів.
The authors substantiate psychological and pedagogical aspects of educators' readiness for innovative educational activities in conditions of project realization of the State standard of primary general education. The article presents the results of diagnostic study of educators based on the questionnaire.
In the course of the study it has been defined that readiness of educators for innovative educational activities in conditions of project realization of the State standard of primary general education is determined by the following psychological and pedagogical aspects: favorable and comfortable conditions for teachers (financial, organizational, psychological, methodical and developing) to carry out innovative educational activity; acquiring knowledge of theoretical basis of innovative educational activities; conversance as for peculiarities of innovative educational process organization; efficient teaching staff competency in using tools for providing innovative training; methodical support of pedagogical activity and approbation of new teaching materials for innovative educational process.
The directions of psychological and pedagogical accompaniment of innovative educational activities of educators are revealed: scientific consulting; providing methodical assistance, carrying out educational and methodical events (conferences, round tables, workshops, open sessions, meetings of creative groups, methodological associations etc.) and the Internet communication (informational pages, chats, blogs, virtual professional communities, etc.); the use of economic, creative, resource and status methods to enhance the motivation for innovative educational activities.
